Who we are

This site is run by AI with Malaika, based in Pakistan. When this notice says “we” or “us,” it means AI with Malaika.

What we collect, and why

If you join our email list, we keep:

• your first name, so our emails can greet you;
• your email address, so we can send you the weekly email;
• your country, so we know where our readers are;
• the topics you tick (image prompts, AI for work, business services), so we send you what you asked for;
• that you agreed to receive the email, and when;
• a few details about the sign-up itself: which page you were on, which color theme you had chosen, and whether you opened the sign-up window yourself or it appeared as you were leaving.

We use these only to send you our email and to understand what our readers want. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with anyone to market to you.

If you just browse, we don’t ask for or keep anything about you.

Where your details are kept

Sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet in our Google account, which only we can open. Google stores this on its own servers, which may be outside your country.

When we start sending the weekly email, we’ll use an email service to do it. We’ll name that service here before the first email goes out.

What your browser remembers

The site sets no cookies of its own. To make it work the way you left it, your browser keeps a few small notes on your own device:

• the color theme and light or dark mode you picked;
• whether you’ve joined the list, so we don’t ask again;
• when you last closed the sign-up window, so it stays away for two weeks.

These never leave your device. You can clear them at any time in your browser’s settings.

The moving light and grain that follow your mouse happen entirely in your browser. Nothing about your mouse is recorded or sent anywhere.

Other companies involved

• Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it does for any website using its fonts.
• Google also stores our sign-up Sheet and runs the small script that adds your sign-up to it.
• The company that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it secure and working.
• Links to Facebook and our other channels take you to those sites, which have their own privacy notices.

How long we keep your details

For as long as you stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, we delete your details within 30 days.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

• unsubscribe, using the link in any of our emails or by emailing us;
• ask to see the details we hold about you;
• ask us to correct them or delete them.

Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. There’s no charge.

Children

Our email list is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly sign up anyone under 16; if you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete their details.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change matters, we’ll tell people on our list by email first.
